On October 14th, the 4th Annual Conference on National Reading, an important activity hosted by the 2023 Tianfu Book Fair, was held in Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center. 21 institutions were selected as excellent cases of Innovative Service for National Reading. Among them, the journal Science-Technology & Publication received the honor of “Innovative Research Unit”. SU Lei, editor-in-chief of Science-Technology & Publication, made a report titled Promoting High-Quality Reading with High-Level Research at the conference.

Since 2016, Science-Technology & Publication has focused on the theoretical researches of  nationwide reading campaigns. In each issue, topics were planned considering key points, difficulties, and highlights of different stages in the development of the various activities designed to promote reading awareness. Over the past 8 years, 9 sub-topics and 48 academic papers have been published.
